Who We Are

Urban Edge Events Limited is an event rental company registered in Jamaica, built around a simple standard: clean inventory, transparent pricing, and accountability from first quote to final collection. That standard was set in rural St. Catherine, where quality event rental inventory typically meant importing it from Kingston, Montego Bay, or Ocho Rios, at the cost and delay that distance adds — where trust had to be earned, not assumed. It has never been relaxed since.

Urban Edge has deep roots in the community it serves. Many of today's clients are neighbors and family, the kind of relationships where reputation was earned long before the company existed and can't be faked once it does. That closeness still shapes how the business runs — the same care that goes into a wedding for a longtime family friend goes into every booking that comes through the door.

What We Do

Every engagement runs on itemized proposals, fixed pricing, and a single point of contact from first quote to final collection — the kind of clarity larger, city-based operators built their reputations on, applied here without the assumption that rural clients would settle for less of it.

Our clients include corporate event planners, wedding coordinators, community organisations, promoters, and individuals planning milestone celebrations. We serve Jamaica's diaspora community as well — working with families planning events from abroad with the same attentiveness we bring to every local booking.

Our Inventory

What began as a modest, community-rooted operation now runs 589 pieces across eleven categories — Décor, Linens, Catering & Serveware, Bars & Accessories, Lighting, Rugs & Pillows, Tabletop, Tents & Accessories, Backdrops & Displays, and Event Furniture — serving weddings, corporate functions, and institutional events island-wide.

That standard doesn't shift by category. A folding chair is inspected to the same standard as a wing back chair before either leaves the collection, because the guest sitting in it has no idea, and no reason to care, which category it came from.

Pickup

Items are available for pickup from our base in Guy's Hill, St. Catherine. Contact us with your event date to confirm availability and arrange a pickup time.
